Customer Rights and Handling of Claims

Once you have contacted your Insurance Company and established a claim, you can call us with your claim number and we will take over as your Legal representative from the beginning to the end so you can remain worry free through the process. We will have your vehicle here at our facility for viewing by an agent so there will be no need for an agent to show up at your home, or have you provide photos that may be requested by your insurance company. We work with Enterprise, so we can make sure you have a rental when you drop your vehicle off for repairs and still keep you rolling!
